How do I place an order?

To add an item to your Cart, click the "Add to Cart" button. To remove an item from your bag, simply check the box next to the item you wish to discard and click the "Delete Selected Items" button. To view what is in your bag at any time, click the "Cart" icon. To purchase your goods, click on your "Checkout" button. Fill out your customer information, and follow the instructions to purchase your items. You will receive a confirmation of your order at the conclusion of your order process as well as a confirmation email, including order number and the total amount to be charged.

Do you accept Credit Cards? And is my credit information secure?

Payments are accepted securely via PayPal. Therefore, no customer credit card information is stored on our servers. PayPal payments can be made using your MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and/or checking accounts. PayPal does not require you to have an account when paying with a major credit card. Sorry no personal checks are accepted.

How long will it take to receive my goodies?

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (unless otherwise specified) and all domestic orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail (2 business days delivery). All shipments within the United States should be received within 7 business days (excluding holidays) and all international shipments should be received within 14 business days (excluding holidays) of the placement of your order. You will be emailed when your order has been shipped along with a delivery confirmation number.

Can you expedite delivery?

In the event you are jonesin' for your goods and simply can't wait or should you desire alternative shipping methods, please contact us first at CustomerService@SassySilhouette.com. How much will shipping be?

U.S. and Canada Shipping Rates before tax are listed above. Greeting cards may be mailed by regular post to any U.S. or Canada address for $0.45 per card. During the checkout process, please provide us with either your address or an alternate address for each greeting card that you want mailed separately via regular post.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Shipping for international orders (other than our Canadian neighbors) are calculated as follows: $9.00 per item; $1.00 each additional item. We ask that all international customers (other than our Canadian neighbors) NOT use the shopping cart system because shipping costs will be inaccurately calculated for those orders. Instead, please email us at Sales@SassySilhouette.com with the name of the item(s) you want. We will reply via email with your PayPal invoice containing a link for making your payment. International orders will be shipped via USPS Airmail or Global Priority Mail.

How do I redeem my Sassy Silhouette Coupon?

To redeem your coupon, simply input the coupon code in the "Redeem Coupon" box during your checkout process. Your new total will automatically reflect the discount amount.

My order is a gift, do you offer gift tags and can it be mailed to the recipient?

If your order is a gift, we would be happy to ship it to the recipient along with a Sassy Silhouette gift tag. Personalized notes may be added to the gift tag for a $1.50 fee. During the checkout process, provide us with the alternate address and any personalized message that you would like (if any) added to the gift tag. Please note that we will add the $1.50 fee to the total price for any personalized messages.

Can I send a greeting card directly to the recipient?

Greeting cards may be mailed by regular post to any U.S. or Canada address for $0.45 per card. During the checkout process, provide us with either your address or an alternate address for each card that you want mailed separately via regular post. Personalized notes may be added to any greeting card for a $1.50 fee. Please note that we will add the $1.50 fee to the total price for any personalized messages.

What is your return policy?

Because we are confident in the quality and fabulousness of our goodies, we are confident that you will be happy with them too. If, however, for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchase from SassySilhouette.com, you may return the unused goods for a full refund (less shipping costs) or exchange them within 14 days of purchase in accordance with the below return instructions. Please inspect all products upon receipt because absolutely no returns or exchanges will be made after 14 days, and all returns and exchanges must be completed in strict accordance with the below instructions. Please remember that shipping charges are not refundable, and all products must be in original packaging, with tags attached and must not have been used. *We reserve the right to refuse a return or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns. Refunds will be issued 1 -2 Weeks after we receive the merchandise in our warehouse. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

How do I return my goodies?

Please remember that shipping charges are not refundable, and all products must be in original packaging, with tags attached and must not have been used. To return or exchange a purchase, please follow the instructions below: 1. E-mail us at CustomerService@SassySilhouette.com with your order number, name, phone # and email address. Also include the reason for your return. 2. A customer service associate will contact you within 1 business day to provide you a Return Authorization Number for you to write in the copy of the invoice that you will send back to us with your return/exchange. Please note that returns made without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted. 3. To protect your return, please package your shipment using similar materials as original packaging in order to prevent damage. Returned merchandise is your responsibility until we accept delivery at our warehouse. 4. Once the product is received at our warehouse in good and saleable condition, showing no signs of wear, with all original tags in place, we will issue a full refund for the amount of the product to the same credit card used for the purchase/or ship the new product if the transaction is an exchange, less shipping charges. *We reserve the right to refuse a return or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns. Refunds will be issued 1 -2 Weeks after we receive the merchandise in our warehouse. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Do you have any special savings or discounts?

Preferred Customer Discount - If you are a SassySilhouette.com member (meaning you have signed up for our mailing list), for every non-refunded $150 that you spend with us, we will send you a 50% discount coupon for your use on your next purchase. Additionally, you will be notified of special sales and promotions offering discounts and/or coupons of 20 -50% off. If you do not wish to receive these notices, we will honor your request. Simply send us a reply email asking to be deleted from future distributions.
